Incredible spot with a sea view, situated near nice restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, and breakfast was very nice. The receptionist was super helpful. I can definitely see myself coming back here.

the view was almost stunning, but my room was noisy facing the street. Plus, the bed wasn't comfortable at all. i expected much better! it's disappointing when you think a special welcome gift would be included for all that money. overall, i was ready to give a good review but just couldn't!

Unfortunately, my double room had a musty smell that was quite unpleasant during my stay. The bathroom fixtures were dated, with a notably unappealing mustard-yellow toilet and bidet. Additionally, the shower design proved inconvenient, as the water drained poorly, resulting in a flooded floor each time I took a shower.

I had a great experience at Jardim! My room was spacious with a stunning view of the river. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with my luggage. The breakfast was satisfying, too. Just a tiny issue with the musty smell.

The location was wonderful, allowing easy access to historic attractions like the 16th century Casa da Misericórdia and the beautiful view of the harbor from my room made my stay truly enjoyable. Breakfast was satisfying with a variety of options available each morning.

Great location near the Camino with plenty of dining options close by. I had a lovely view from my room, looking out over the estuary. Parking was easy and free. The room itself was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and adequate hot water. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying. However, the room had a bit of a musty smell, and the bathroom could use some updates. Mustard-yellow toilet and bidet weren't appealing, and the shower design made for a flooded floor. We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel with its fantastic sea view. The location made it easy to visit nearby restaurants and attractions. Plus, the staff was accommodating, ensuring that our son's autism support dog felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The location is excellent , close to the Camino. The breakfast had a good variety that I enjoyed each morning. The staff were not only friendly but provided insightful recommendations. I loved the garden view from my room , it added a nice touch to my stay.

jardim is a stunning little hotel. my room had a beautiful view of the church on the hill and another view of the estuary. it's so close to the lima river. There are great restaurants in the old streets nearby. the bed was comfortable, and the portuguese style room was cozy. the breakfast was great with delicious fruits and omelettes!

the staff could be a bit more attentive.
